It was an AWESOME Tuesday at JKPC's Ready, Set, Move! VBS   

An important Reminder for Kids to bring a Water Bottle filled to the brim (with ice).  We will help keep the water bottles filled, but we want to make sure kids are prepared since the weather is getting hotter. 
Please remember that Kids should wear their Orange VBS Shirt, too! And they are welcome to wear their cool necklaces that they made today!  

 We want to invite you right away to our Sunday JKPC 
VBS Celebration & BBQ! Your kids are having so much fun singing and dancing to the songs - Sunday is a chance to see them in action!!

We are memorizing the Bible Verse from Hebrews 12:2 NlrV:
For younger kids: “Let us keep looking to Jesus”  
For older kids:  "Let us keep looking to Jesus. He is the one who started this journey of faith. And he is the one who completes the journey of faith."

Also don't forget to bring some food for the Children's Emergency Food Bank - CLICK HERE for most needed foods.    So far 57 items were brought in on Monday. 

Today the Kids learned to BELIEVE who Jesus Is! 

They learned more about Jesus today, from Matthew 16:13-20 

Jesus did some pretty amazing things to show that He is God’s Son. Things that only He could do. He fed 5000 people with only one teeny tiny basket of food! He helped a sick person who couldn’t walk and made him all better! He helped some fishermen catch more fish than their boats could hold! Jesus wants people here, there, and everywhere to believe that he is God’s Son! That’s who Jesus is! And he’s always with us, loving us and showing us how to live. Who is always with you? Jesus is always with me.
